Guidelines for CEF Transport Call 2016 responses preparation available!
Message to all candidate Implementing Partners 2016 CEF Transport Calls for proposal:
The 2016 CEF Transport Calls for proposal have been launched on 13th of October by the European Commission, and are available on the European Commission website.
As indicated in the Call text “MULTI-ANNUAL WORK PROGRAMME 2014-2020 – CEF TRANSPORT 2016“, the SESAR Deployment Manager (SDM) acts as coordinator of the actions, which will include projects of works or/and studies under the category of Common Projects (civil and military Implementation projects deploying ATM functionalities identified in Common Projects).
In order to smoothen and synchronise the collaboration between SDM and Implementing Partners, for the elaboration and finalisation of the responses to the 2016 CEF Transport Calls, SDM is pleased to provide you with specific Guidelines for CEF Transport Call 2016 responses preparation (attention the roadmap included in the guidelines has been updated on 22/11/2016 – please also see our news post on this by clicking here) and Annexes:
These Guidelines aim at supporting you during the phase of elaboration and finalisation of the 2016 CEF Transport Calls responses preparation, through practical and essential indications, in order to comply with CEF eligibility criteria and to ensure full alignment with the Deployment Programme (DP).
The Guidelines contain the description of the relevant batch of information to be provided, the related instructions and detailed roadmaps for responses proposal(s) finalization and submission.
Furthermore, for your convenience, you will find included also a detailed instruction to duly fill in the STAR tool to finalise the IP Description.
The submission of the proposals to the 2016 CEF Transport Calls has to be performed by 7th February, for this reason we would like to highlight the importance of your collaboration during the upcoming months.
Please take a good look at the Guidelines, in order to ensure that you do not miss any deadline necessary for the successfully finalisation of the 2016 CEF transport Calls for Proposals responses preparation phase.
