EUMETNET & SESAR Deployment Manager invite you to this free webinar on 29 October:
“New Pan-European Weather Information to Support Aviation”
EUMETNET, a grouping of the European National Meteorological Services, and the SESAR Deployment Manager are pleased to invite you to the joint webinar taking place on 29th of October 2020 in a fully virtual setting.
The webinar intends to showcase projects that are being implemented by various Meteorological Service Providers across Europe, aiming at deploying the SESAR Deployment Programme/Pilot Common Project. The projects have been granted EU co-funding and are coordinated by the SESAR Deployment Manager.
Join us as we will bring together colleagues from Air Navigation Service Providers, Airports, Airlines and MET Service Provider Community to hear about the latest developments on new Pan-European harmonised products including 3D Weather Radar, Convection, Icing, Turbulence and Winter Weather.
The event will also look at how meteorological tools and solutions bring numerous benefits to aviation in terms of safety, interoperability and digitalization and how this weather information supports the SES goals to increase the performance of Europe’s ATM system.
